Sacred Communication Circle- March

This offering is an invitation to explore and practice sacred self-communication in a group setting.
This circle is a safe space to learn how to strengthen your mind-heart connection and how to freely and authentically express what your heart needs to say while also learning how to be a better listener.
We will start each circle with breath work and intention.
A talking stick will be used for each participant to experience a turn at expressing sacred communication with THEIR SELF. It is an opportunity to express and listen to yourself in a safe setting. The participants in circle will not respond, reply or react to the speaker, they are simply listening with the intention of improving their own listening skills.
There is no discussion afterwards about the session. This session is solely focused on our own self-communication.
The circle will conclude with a short sound healing meditation to integrate our own awareness that arose during this session.
Attendance will be limited to 8 participants to keep the setting intimate and to keep within the two hour time-frame.
The cost: $25/person.
The circle will be held at 6:00pm on March 1st 2023 at The Indoor Studio.
