Sundays are a wonderful time for a reset. Grab your favorite blanket and make your way to the sound studio and prepare to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate. These Sunday Sound Baths are an opportunity to find a few moments for yourself to dive deeper into creating a practice of quieting your mind and resting your body.
The embodied peaceful harmony that is created in a sound bath has the ability to bring calmness to your being. Utilize this practice of bathing in sound to bring a richer focus and clarity to your awareness.
