Sound Immersion for Healing Practitioners is a specific course designed to help heal those in the healing trades.  Energy and Reiki Practitioners, Massage Therapists and Nurses are invited to attend and invest in your own wellness by attending this deeply relaxing event to relieve stress and rejuvenate your energy.

What is Sound Immersion for Healing Practitioners?

Sound immersions hug you with dreamy tones of crystal singing bowls, warming your spirit and quieting your mind. Their high frequencies balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems and calibrate the body’s chakra energy system. Breathing techniques bring relief to tension in your physical body, allowing a softening of muscles and the ability to sink deeply into relaxation. Binaural beats quiet your mind-chatter, inspiring you to connect with your heartbeat – your own personal frequency. Aligning mind, body and spirit allow you to vibrate to your highest frequency and support your overall health and well-being.

WHAT TO BRING:  You’ll need to bring a yoga mat or comfy mat to recline upon, and a pillow and blanket (or layered clothing). Eye pillows will be provided.

After the event, stay for an informal discussion about the science of sound healing, how the crystal bowls are used and how you can incorporate these tools into your practice. Singing bowls and related items will be available for purchase.
