Spring Sound Bath

A sound healing to relax in the celebratory sounds that radiate the blessings of spring…..

New life bursts forth in colorful, spectacular glory; ushered in on the soft breezes of springtime. The seeds of intention placed during winter solstice are reaching for the surface, stretching, growing. To shine the light of your love on them, use the blessings of spring to nurture them as they unfurl and seek life-giving sunshine.

Sacred space is opened by activating the altar. There will be a guided meditation and some toning or chanting to begin the sound healing. Afterwards, there will be quiet time for journaling and reflection. Anti-oxidant living water will be served, as will tea and light snacks.

As always, comfort states of cushy mats, pillows and eye covers will be provided. Participants in this sound healing will also go home with a small gift!

Time: Two sessions will be offered.  The first Session is from 2 – 4 pm, and the second Session is from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.
